A beautifully crafted, hidden watch in a 20 dollar coin from 1904. A product of the well-known Swiss watch manufactory - Piaget, made in the 1980s, 20th century. The envelope of the watch is made in 750 gold sample. Gold, diameter 34,5 mm, weight 35,54 g.
On the inside of the envelope you can see the silver 875 probative marks and the serial number 407338. Swiss probation mark with a standing bear (in force from 1882 to 1934). The lid with the motif of the jigit cavalry. The company operated from the mid-19th to early 20th century and was a supplier to the Tsar's court.
Watch made of 585 gold, at the Swiss Tavannes Watch Co, in the first half of the 20th century. Screwed on, but the main hands do not move. Second hand working. Gross weight of the watch (whole, metal mechanism including the gold envelope): 61,07 g. Diameter without crown: 47 mm. Very nice.
